Terms of Service
Last updated . These terms cover the sale and use of the ToolsThatRank pipeline, sold by Michael Lip, trading as autom8, Moniuszki 16, 44-240 Zory, Poland.
What you are buying
A one-time licence to the ToolsThatRank pipeline for 99 USD. You install and run it on your own machine, against your own model provider and your own API key. There is no per-site fee, no seat count and no metering. You may use it for as many niches and as many sites as you want, including client work.
What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute or republish the pipeline itself, or share your licence key. Everything the pipeline produces for you, including the sites, the data and the repositories, is yours.
Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions, no conditions. Email support@toolsthatrank.com within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. You do not have to give a reason and you will not be asked for one. The refund sits on top of any statutory right you have as an EU consumer.
What is not promised
The pipeline refuses to publish a page whose figures it cannot verify. That guarantee is the only one offered. Search rankings, traffic and revenue depend on your niche, your competition, your links and time, none of which this software controls. Nothing here is a promise that any site you build will rank or earn.
Your own costs
Model API usage, domain registration and hosting are billed to you by those providers, not by this site. Choose your provider accordingly.
Payments
Creem, operating as Armitage Labs OU in Estonia, is the merchant of record. Creem handles the transaction, invoicing and any VAT due, and appears on your statement.
Liability
The software ships as it is. Liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
